External sensor interfaces include: VOR and DME, TACAN and IRS/INS. Provides complete navigation capability including long range great circle en route, terminal, approach, and vertical navigation (VNAV) capabilities that can automatically draw from an internal database. Automatically selects the best VOR and DME stations depending on strength and location. Keyboard features separate alpha and numeric keys for easy data entry. Radio management capability tunes comms, navs, ADF, and transponder. Built in data loader PCMCIA data card (credit-card-size). AFIS compatible. Supplies information to EGPWS and is BRNAV, RNP5 and RNP10 compliant. Supports company routes database.
